There is something about sunsets and airplanes. Something about skies and clouds. Its changing colors as the days come to an end becoming pieces of magical cotton candy above our heads. And with its strong power engines they fly like birds, sailing across the sea of dusty clouds. With every inch they go they break the atmosphere. Just like highlighters of this beautiful moment they make this invisible color pop up, once again, in the sky. I still question myself how come this short-lived experience that I get to see repeatedly throughout my life can be so breathtaking. Therefore, I guess we all wish to be able to make this moment last forever. But the feeling of the moment sliding out of my hands, without me being able to hold it in any way, makes these minutes as they are, magic. Just between you and the dying earth. Maybe it is because I wish to be as ephemeral as the sunset or the waves of the roaring sea that I respect them with such passion. Maybe it is just the fact that I wish to be the breaking point. I wish to be inside the plane furrowing the beautiful skies and turning them into perfection. Maybe I just want to be the one flying away from the feeling of being torn out.
